TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Family wrap card holders who fail to book may be refused access to Secrets Golf. Children must be a direct sibling of the applicant and a maximum of 4 siblings are eligible. Family wrap card holders may have times restricted due to major events for which there can be no recompense: Routine or major maintenance, e.g. spraying of weeds, insect plaques, course renovations; Inclement weather, e.g. heavy rain, lightning; Major Events and permanent golf bookings: Corporate/Trade Days, group bookings. Family Wrap Card Holders must present their membership card to the pro shop to access facilities. Admittance may be refused if a patron fails to provide their card on request of staff. Staff may request to see photo ID.

All Family Wraps are valid for 12 months from time of payment. Family wraps are paid on a monthly basis at $49.50 automatically renew after the 12 month period unless written notification is given by letter or email to info@golfdownunder.com.au. If paying via credit card you will incur a surcharge of $2.20 per transaction and up to 2.2% VISA or Mastercard and up to 4.4% AMEX or Diners.

Our experience at secret harbour golf course was nothing short of 5 star! We felt relaxed and supported the whole time through what should have been a crazy and stressful process! The food was to die for and catered to all of guest wants and needs! The detail throughout the room was pure perfection and the fairy tale I could have only dreamt of! The staff and function manager go above and beyond bring your dream to reality. I can not recommend this venue highly enough and we are forever grateful for the most amazing day/ night.

I recently held my 50th birthday party in Secret Harbour Golf Club Function Suite. From initial planning to service on the night we could not fault a thing. The events manager is pleasant and helpful, with good advice on all aspects of holding a great function. We were given great advice on catering for the number we had invited and the food on the night was plentiful and excellent. The set up of the room on the night was beautiful and staff were very accommodating of requests and party ideas which we had. All guests commented on what a fantastic and memorable night they had. I had the best 50th!

On behalf of SAAB, we would like to thank you for all your hard work in making our XMAS in July Dinner a successful night. The room was decorated beautifully, the food was amazing and the service from you and your kitchen/bar staff was exceptional. A big thank you to the Chef, still the best food we have had in the past 5 years I have worked for SAAB. All feedback I got from our staff was positive and everyone had a great night. I even got great feedback about the DJ this time, so it was a perfect night. Thank you once again, we will be back for another function at some point.
